Resilience exhibition launch

Have you ever wondered where people draw on their resilience? Emma Fay did and decided to interview a group of people asking them this main question. From there she was inspired to paint on people an image resembling their resilience

I’m Pam Sidhu, as well as presenting, I’m also a Mindfulness teacher and LifeCoach. I guide people using a range of techniques on how to build their inner resilience and ability to cope with stress through my work at “Learn 2 Rest”

I was humbled to be a part of this group chosen by Zee fit for the Resilience Exhibition by world renowned artist Emma Fay.  Which was launched at The University Of Leicester. The exhibition is there until August and then will be touring around the country.

My image was painted with the theme “ Sink or Swim” in mind, as when faced with challenging situations that is my outlook in life. Have a listen to my short chat with Emma and Zee at the launch. Also be sure to check out Emma’s website see the full interviews and exhibition. http://www.emma-fay.co.uk/
