The hosts of Filmfare awards shows has always been very popular, as they will not only host the show, but will also have lots of fun element for the evening. Among the pairs, SRK and Saif Ali Khan were very popular in hosting the awards ceremony, which continued for some years, and then Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan took over their position. Now, Priyanka Chopra will join hands with her “Barfi” & “Yeh Jawani Yeh Deewani”  co star Ranbir Kapoor to host the 59th film fare awards show, which are to be held on January 24 at the Yash Raj Film Sudios. PC reveals that she is very nervous and excited, but assures she would do a good job.

The Exotic star will be even more popular since she’s hosting the Filmfare awards which will be broadcasted on TV worldwide by  Sony Entertainment Network with Ranbir Kapoor.

More than 130 films have been produced in 2013 & for the first time seven films have crossed the the Rs100 crore mark, and with the likes of  “Yeh Jawanni Yeh Deewani”, “Krrish 3”  “Chennai Express”  breaking the RS200 crore mark & “Dhoom 3” breaking the the RS300 crore mark,  Its going to be a tough task for the Filmfare readers and jury to select the winners as we have both popular and critics’ awards.

Priyanka is already a 4 time winner of Filmfare awards and will also being performing at the awards as well.

So  you can look forward to a spectacular Awards night on 24 January.
