Mirzya’s Hota Hai captures the angst, despair & complications of love

Hota Hai, Hota Hai, Aksar Hota Hai, Ishq Mein

Telling the story of the unpaved road to love and the sacrifice made to be with one’s soulmate, the next song from Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Mirzya highlights the plight of our lead pair, Adil and Soochi. Fighting all odds to be together, their story is one that moves us to reflect on our own lives.

Continuing from the recently released Dare To Love Trailer, the new song, Hota Hai features debutants Saiyami Kher and Harshvardhan Kapoor.

The track brings together The Nooran Sisters, Daler Mehndi, Sufi singer Sain Zahoor and Akhtar Chinnal, all with remarkably distinct vocals, in this high-energy song. Lyrics penned by the veteran lyricist, poet, writer veteran lyricist-poet-writer, Hota Hai is composed by the musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Debutants Saiyami and Harshvardhan, give touching performances which stay compellingly with you till the end and leave you with a sense of wanting to see more. The world may be trying to keep them apart, but they dared to love.
