Hey there guys!! Hope you got some insight to what i eat in a day – this just goes to show that you don’t need the typical ” broccoli, chicken, rice” sort of diet to be healthy. Eat the way that makes you feel the greatest. Incorporate as much fruit and veggies in your diet and see how it makes you feel! The energy you get is amazing.
