PRATHAM UK RAISES £13,500 FROM BRITISH 10KM LONDON RUN TO BRING LITERACY TO CHILDREN IN INDIA

75 energetic volunteers of Pratham UK participated in this year’s British 10km London Run, raising over £13,500 through sponsorship.

Pratham UK helps to raise funds for Pratham, India’s largest NGO, that is dedicated to teaching underprivileged children in India essential reading and writing, as well as basic arithmetic.The official British 10km London Run took place on Sunday 12^th July. The event attracts runners from across the world, all walks of life and every level of running ability, including professional athletes. This year, a total of 27,000 runners took part in the national event to raise awareness and funds for their chosen charities.
