SUMMER SHREDDING || MY LEG WORKOUT

I usually don’t count my sets on Squats! but 5-6 Sets is a good start for those of you who are just starting out. If you find the bar too heavy for now, start with holding dumbbells on the sides of your legs! Don’t stop till you can’t do any more! High Volume of repetitions with a moderate to heavy weight makes gains.
