RISING STAR JERNADE MIAH RECORDS AT BBC MAIDA VALE STUDIOS
2Point9/Doh Point Nau Records’ latest signing Jernade Miah has recently recorded a live session at BBC Maida Vale studios in London. In doing so, Jernade joins a host of illustrious names such as Sir David Bowie, Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix, who have all graced the world famous studios in its 75-year history.
Jernade was invited to perform the special session for the BBC Asian Network, where he will be featured as Bobby Friction’s Introducing artist on Monday 14th June.
“This kid is quite simply phenomenal! I’ve seen many talented artists at the beginning of their careers and watched as they burn like Super Nova’s when their music takes off. Jernade reminds me of them, but with a talent many of those same artists didn’t have at the age of 19. Make no mistake, Jernade’s the real thing.” Says Bobby Friction.
Jernade performed his debut release ‘Switch Me On’, as well as two other original songs & one cover version, in a unique and raw performance at Maida Vale. The session will be available to listen and watch across the BBC Asian Network in the coming weeks.
