HOPE, PERSEVERANCE & TOGETHERNESS – DREAM HORSE IS ALL THESE THINGS AND MORE!

We all have hopes and dreams that we want to achieve. Maybe even the thought of taking that first step can give you cold feet. But when we power through with our loved ones cheering us on behind us and achieve that goal, it’s a great feeling. This is exactly what Warner Bros.’ upcoming film Dream Horse is all about. The trailer is out and features the amazing talents of Toni Collette, Damian Lewis, Owen Teale and Joanna Page.

The story is all heart as the trailer shows Jan Vokes (played by Toni Collette), a bartender and cleaner, who recruits her husband Brian and local accountant Howard Davies to assist her in getting a bunch of locals to breed a foal – which they name Dream Alliance. What follows is how he grows to prove to be more than the other racehorses he is put up against. He becomes part of the community and slowly changes everyone’s lives one by one.

As a South Asian community, we pride ourselves with togetherness and family; a notion that has been instilled into us for generations and still practise today. After watching the trailer for Dream Horse, it will sure give you a fuzzy feeling and make you want to be close with your loved ones.   

Dream Horse will be released nationwide on 4th June 2021 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
