Chicken Pakora recipe
Chicken Pakora Saul Style !!!!
500g Boneless Chicken Pieces, I use breast chicken
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Chopped Onion
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1tsp chilli powder
2 tsp White Vinegar
4 tbs yogurt
1 tsp Lemon juice
Some chopped coriander
100g gram flour
100g southern fry mix
Oil for frying
Instructions
Put all ingredients together apart from the chicken pieces.
Make a batter in blender by adding a little water.
Blend till fine consistency
Marinate the chicken pieces with the batter mixture.
Keep in the fridge for 2 hours
Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown. Oil temp 180c
Serve the chicken pakora with coriander mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
