Ravi is no stranger to bringing new voices and talent forward to the global stage Victor Kamboz on this single is a relatively new one. In the past his music has been responsible for bringing forward to new heights voices and hits for Preet Harpal, Lakhwinder Wadali, Parvinder Sandhar, Daljit Mattu, Surjit Khan & more. Ravi Bal has also been responsible and behind creations of numerous albums and hits for some of the most talented Asian vocalist’s around such as Kailash Kher, Mika Singh, Alisha Chinai, A S Kang, Sardool Sikander, Jazzy B, Malkit Singh, Harjit Harman… the list continues. Ravi is a true believer in Quality Music over Quantity. While many follow and do whatever the next person is doing Musically he will always walk his own Musical path. “It’s good to be different..”

The Concept behind this new release is a fusion of Raw Desi Punjabi Vocals layered with Old School Bass Tape Style, Beats & Sounds what were highly popular in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Bass Tapes predated CDs, and contained experimental bass-heavy music, think grandfather music to Trap, Glitch and DubStep. The New Single brings both these elements together. It’s a fun track! An accessible alternative to what everyone else is doing in Punjabi music at this time.

“Remember your Boom Box? Remember that bumping car you drove from the 90’s? Man, we’d bump from street to street with 18’s Subs in the back and Bass tapes in the cassette player. Thumping around our neighbourhoods…. Here comes a Punjabi
