The long awaited Ardaas single by Sukshinder Shinda is finally here and will be released on 11th November 2013 on Dharam Seva Records.

Sukshinder who was born and raised in Birmingham has become a highly successful international singer and music producer winning numerous awards and accolades across the globe performing on many of the biggest stages around the world. This dynamic and vibrant artist who not only creates and moulds a unique sound but also vocalically delivers it.

Sukshinder says, “We are releasing this Ardaas for Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Gurupurab this year.  I wish everybody in the world peace, prosperity and good health”.

Ardaas (meaning – to petition) is a Sikh prayer that is done before performing or after undertaking any significant task in life. It will be 544 years since Guru Nanak Dev Ji (First Sikh Guru) brought their divine message of Gurbani (meaning – Guru’s word) to this world to help mankind understand its purpose and also a method on how to attain liberation.

Ardaas single will follow with some educational material explaining the meaning of Ardaas.

Ardaas will be available on all digital platforms worldwide.

All proceeds go to ‘Dharam Seva Records’ a Registered Charity setup to Preserve The Past and Inspire The Future. Dharam Seva Records hopes to preserve a big element of Sikhi via the musical medium.
