ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਆਟੇ ਦਾ ਫੇਸ ਪੈਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਕਟੋਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਚੱਮਚ ਕਣਕ ਦਾ ਆਟਾ ਅਤੇ 2 ਚੱਮਚ ਸ਼ਹਿਦ ਲਓ। ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਕਟੋਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ 4 ਚੱਮਚ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਜਲ ਅਤੇ 2 ਚੱਮਚ ਦਹੀਂ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੌਲੀ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਚੱਮਚ ਐਲੋਵੇਰਾ ਜੈੱਲ ਪਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਿਲਾਓ।

To make wheat flour face pack, first take 2 spoons of wheat flour and 2 spoons of honey in a bowl. Now you have to add 4 spoons of rose water and 2 spoons of curd in the same bowl. After this, add one spoon aloe vera gel in the bowl and mix all these things well.
