mutton mince 500g
2tbs oil
1 onions finely chopped
1 bay leaves
1 cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
salt (adjust to your preference)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 green chillies
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mixed curry powder
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (methi leaves)
1 fresh tomatoe
Make Turka with onion, garlic, ginger , chillies, whole spices and tomato saute till lightly brown
Then add keema with with ground spices cook on medium heat 10 mins
Add the peas simmer further 10 mins letting all the natural juices from the meat.
Serve with tawa roti or rice garnished with fresh coriander
