Lamb Taka Tak
Garam Masala
2 tbs Garlic & Ginger Paste
Chilli ,Salt to taste
2 Tomatoes finely chopped
Tomatoe puree 50g
Mix Pepper 2 finely chopped
Onions 2 finely chopped
1/2 Coriander bunch finely chopped
meat masala 2 tbsp
400 lamb strips boiled with 1 cinnamonstick, 3 cardamom,5 cloves and 2 Bayleaf
Boil lamb strips with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf until 3 quarter cooked
Make a masala dry turka with onions,ginger,garlic , chilli , tomatoes and salt.
Add lamb strips with garam masala, tomatoe puree and meat masala, cook further 10 mins on low heat.
Now add peppers and leave aside covered for 10 mins so the peppers steam cook and still have a crunch.
Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
