His professional career in the fashion world began in 1983 when he collaborated with Juan Rufete.
He made his first men’s collection in 1984, a brief women’s collection in 1986, and presented his first collection at the Cibeles Fashion Show in 1988, a collaboration which was to continue over successive years.
