If you have a sister, when she leaves and settles with her new family, then you will miss her. In many cultures, the woman is taken to the Man’s world to live his life with him. This could be in another country and you will hardly meet. Sometimes you may never meet again. This time Panjabi MC has produced a very emotional Panjabi poem. He says that this is Panjabi poetry at its best and most powerful. Written by Sukhi Sivia for his friend’s sister, this was performed live at her wedding. It was when Panjabi MC saw this performance on YouTube, that he was so moved and decided to produce this song.
