MAAHI RECORDS PRESENTS LUCKY RAI FT DJ DIPS WITH ‘KAMLEE’
Maahi Records presents Lucky Rai with ‘Kamlee’ produced by UK’s finest music producer and DJ, DJ Dips. Kamlee which is a full on Bhangra track set to release 20thAugust 2015. The song which is written by Lucky and composed/directed by DJ Dips who has been responsible for some of the biggest Bhangra hits over the years with Tohar FT Garry Sandhu and Kaun Nachdi with Roach Killa.
Kamlee is already set to be a hit with its social media hype featuring comedy vines king Sardar Barjinder Singh dancing alongside the cast in the video. Barjinder Singh known for his comedy vines and Punjab Political sketches has taken to the youth with his social messages. Lucky Rai who was a part of Aman Hayers ‘Entourage’ as a backing vocalist also featured in Angrej Ali’s Honsle video as main lead. This young singer has been pushed by vocal powerhouse Angrej Ali who pushed Lucky to begin singing. Lucky began his musical journey as a writer writing Punjabi songs and now is ready to excel as a singer.
Lucky Rai born and Raised in Gurdaspur district began signing professionally five years ago where he took training from his Guru Ustad Dharamjit Diljani for 2 years in Punjab. He has been inspired by Gurdas Mann and Sardool Sikander and Angrej Ali . Lucky is now living in Glasgow and focusing on his businesses and his singing career, he will be collaborating with producers from UK and Punjab.
Lucky Rai who is launching his single with his own label Maahi Records will be also looking to sign other singers to build a platform for UK and Punjabi Music internationally. You can see Lucky performaing at Edinburgh Mela 30th August.
