Lady Ru….Young, Dynamic, and Talented Song-stress, Lady Ru, is on the verge of exploding onto the mainstream music scene.

A Philadelphia native and a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Lady Ru has been grooming for her up and coming career for some time. She started singing at the tender age of 10 years and studied a diverse selection of instruments ranging from the piano to the flute. Having been trained in every area from Opera to Modern to Classical Indian vocals, Lady Ru’s voice is certainly one of the most distinct and unique in the line of female singers today.
Currently unsigned, but not for long, Lady Ru has been hard at work with world-renowned producer, Handel Tucker. Mr. Tucker has produced hit tracks for some of the top artists of our time…from Maxi Priest to The Fugees to Diana King. As partners in crime,
Mr. Tucker and Lady Ru have recently created a diverse collection of extraordinary music, from urban dance tracks to sweet soul ballads and an upcoming album that promises to be a chart contender.
Lady Ru has just collaborated with Tanto Metro & Devonte on their upcoming single, ‘Only Time’ and next month she is set to write and record two new tracks with music legends, Sly Dunbar & Robbie Shakespeare (No Doubt, Sean Paul, UB40, etc).
