Jaspal Bhatti - television personality

Jaspal Bhatti – R.I.P

In the year 1996-97 Jaspal Bhatti moved into the exciting field of feature films. In Dec’96 he launched the start of his new Punjabi feature film ‘Mahaul Theek Hai’ in Chandigarh.

The film in typical Bhatti fashion takes a close look at the bureaucratic function of the police in India. Released in 1998, the film besides the usual gang of Jaspal Bhatti, Vivek and Savita Bhatti stars Raj Babbar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Asha Sharma, Diljit Kaur & Rana Jung Bahadur in key roles.

The film industry has been shocked with news and Aksahy Kumar had this to say

Saddened to know about the death of the great comedian, Jaspal Bhatti. I have fond memories of his super hit show, Flop Show, providing the much needed humour in our lives. May his soul rest in peace.

R.I.P Jaspal bhatti.. Very sad news the great comedian died in a road accident.
