Interview with Yuvraj Hans And Navraj Hans for CANADA DI FLIGHT Movie
Q1. Can you tell us a bit about the script of ‘Canada Di Flight’?
Navraaj Hans: The film is a romantic comedy about three young Punjabi guys who wants to move out of India and land up in Canada. The three Punjabis meet an agent called Chawla and then the story unfolds and the real fun begins.
Yuvraj Hans: ‘Canada Di Flight’ is a story based on three Punjabis’ who desire to move out of India and settle down in Canada. In an attempt to fulfil their dream of travelling to Canada, the trio go through an adventurous journey. Whether they would make it to Canada or not is for the audience to discover.
Q2. How does it feel to work alongside your brother?
Navraaj Hans: It’s the most wonderful feeling to work with your brother and I am glad to have worked with meri jaan my younger brother Yuvraj. Also working together with him was advantageous as we really had full on entertainment on the set.
Yuvraj Hans: This will be my special film as I got an opportunity to share screen space with my brother Navraaj. We share a good bonding and so learning things from him came easy. I am proud of having worked with him and would grab every opportunity to work together again in future.
Q3. We have heard that there is a social message with the film. Can you tell us what that message is?
Navraaj Hans: While the film is bound to tickle your funny bones, it also has a social message that ‘Home is Home, No wonder where ever you go in the world – There’s no better place such as Home’.
Yuvraj Hans: The movie is depicted well with a good message that would make an exciting climax of the film and makes it a complete entertainment package.
Q4. Is there any relatable story, character or idea in the movie for the international audience?
Navraaj Hans: Yes of course. As I said this film is based on the Punjabis’ desire to land up in Canada directly from their village is something that should click with most audience. Apart from this there are various things in the film with which the overseas audience will relate to and enjoy it too.
Yuvraj Hans: This movie puts all those relatable stuff together for international audience. Like most of the Punjabis dream of travelling to Canada but don’t know how to go about it and that forms the crux of the story.
Q5. Would you like to say something to your fans and audience?
Navraaj Hans: The film is a light hearted romcom with catchy music, a social message and a complete entertainer. So, I would request all to check out the movie and I am sure you all will enjoy it.
Yuvraj Hans: I am sure the film will be successful in tickling the funny bones of the international audience as much as it did in India. So please go watch the movie to have some fun.
