Inderjit Nikku Started his journey in the Punjabi music industry in 1996 and completed his graduation at Govt Karamsar College in Rara Sahib.
His first claim to fame was on Durdarshan from his song “satho jogi baneya nai Jana toon na kar reesan heer diyan” which was written by Raj Brar in 1996 the music given by Atul Sharma. “Naseebo chetey kardi ah” was his second hit in 1997.
Inderjit’s first tour of the US and Canada was a great success and on returning to India he traded his bicycle in for a scooter. From this point forward he never looked back and with Gods blessings he is the artist he is today.
Inderjit’s favourite writers are Gurnaam Gamma, Kulwant Guraya, Nimma Loharaka, Raj Brar, Shehbaaz, Pirtiand Silon.
His favourite singers are Mohammed Rafi ji, Lata Mangeshkar, Gurdas Mann, Kuldeep Manak and Surjit Bindrakhia, Guru Ji/Ustaad and Shri Shashaad Ali Ji.
Inderjit, besides singing loves visiting Kashmir with family, is a vegetarian with a strong belief in God. He is proud to be a Sikh and loves promoting Sikhi.
