Winning a BritAsia TV Award is most definitely the highest accolade for any aspiring artist in the music industry and it ultimately looks to distinguish the stars from the rest of the crop.

However what makes this awards ceremony so special is its dependence on the public vote. The BritAsia TV Music Awards were created to recognise and celebrate the tremendous talent throughout the Asian music industry.

Hosted by the highly accomplished actor/entertainer Kulvinder Ghir, the star of hit BBC series “Goodness Gracious Me” this momentous event will promise to be a night to remember.

Right now we are opening up the nominations process for the public to vote for their favourite artists. From categories such as “Best Album” to “Best Newcomer”, be sure to pick the people who you feel are most deserving.

Results for each category will be revealed following an exclusive BATV Media Launch, hosted at an esteemed secret location with all nominated artists and the “who’s who” of the British Asian music industry.

Also in attendance will be the press and media, covering all the glitz and the glamour for the public to get an inside look! The event will be filmed live and broadcasted throughout the UK, Europe and now Canada.
