Asha Jassal’s New video title ‘Diwana’.

After much anticipation we are proud to introduce Asha’s new video ‘Diwana’. The video is a ‘Club, Western, and Bollywood’ mix and is set to be the big single from the forthcoming album which will follow soon. The video was filmed in India and has a classy ‘Bollywood’ look. The promo has already attracted many fans worldwide. Asha is planning to write and sing many more albums in this style and hopes to break-through the Bollywood scene soon.

Career history:

Taking the music world by surprise Asha's unique Bollywood and Western style has gained worldwide interest and has already been compared to the Hindi Pop sensation Nazia Hussan. She spent the last few years working with some of the most renowned producers and was given her first break by producer Mr Kuljit Bhambra and released her debut album 'Yours Truly'. Her recent song/video ‘Asha for Peace’ was produced by Mubai’s Jayanta Pathak.

She has recently been recognised by top UK and Bollywood group Stereo Nation who have taken Asha under their wings giving her platform to International fame. Her most recent shows were in Amsterdam – Holland, Dublin – Ireland and Oslo, Norway attracted an audience of over 90 thousand people! 

Next step is take off to Jamaica in March 2009 to work with a top mainstream artist and hopes to venture into America as well.

She has been asked to vocal tracks for many productions and her latest project, which is still in negotiation, will be a ‘five film’ contract for a UK Film company, and there is a mention of starring in one of their feature films in the near future.
